I think I am marginally superstitious. Our house number is 13 and I wondered if it was a bad luck number. My parents said...no of course not. Since we have been having a heck of a time selling the house, I think I was right.
My mom won't split a pole with me because she feels that you will grow apart. I am not sure if this is true, I don't follow this superstition.
I will throw salt over my back if I spill some though. I also won't walk under a ladder or open an umbrella in the house. I figure I don't want to miss out on a little good luck!
