Nice Saturday evening outing

It is so nice to be home because I can finally participate in spur of the moment outings. This afternoon, I was invited to a birthday party for one of my friends that I have known for about 6 years. We used to get together every now and then and then when I moved to NY, we only kept up with each other through posts. So it was great to see her again and her family. I also saw other people that I haven't seen since I last came back for a visit. So much fun! We had tacos, sangrias and divine lemon cupcakes. Then we played scattergories. I love outings like that.
