I made cupcakes today! They are vanilla with lemon frosting. I was a little worried that they would not come out since I only had 2 out of the required 3 eggs. But it was fine. They were fluffy and yummy. I also added a little rum to make up for the missing egg.
Making cupcakes probably was a bad idea seeing as I am trying to lose weight but I was so craving something sweet!
