Zumba

My daughter's dance school offered a free Zumba class last week and I went and loved it! Zumba is a high cardio dance class that uses the latest music and salsa dance moves. It definitely gets you moving and sweating but even better it is a lot of fun. Unfortunately the class is too far for me to attend regularly but I will be looking for a class closer to my house. It is a bummer that she was providing free childcare. Too bad it isn't closer to either my home or my job.
